Jessica lays out easy to follow methods to take charge of your finances. I wish I would have found this book years ago. I couldn't recommend more highly. College students, young professionals, or slightly older professionals like me who weren't taught healthy financial habits, this book is for you.

I love this book because it took the fear out of looking at my finances. Not only is it information but it is also relatable and realistic!! A must read for anyone whether you are looking for a way out of financial distress or just wanting a better understanding of your finances!

As a mom of two very picky kiddos, it was really great to read a picky person's point of view and how they overcame it. Packed full of very useful information as well as easy to use lessons and even recipes. I have read a bunch of different books in regards to trying to get my kids to eat, but this one is by far the easiest to understand and implement. Again the author's point of view gives so much insight into how our kids or even picky adults feel when it comes to food. Also the author sheds light on society's view from past to present and how picky eating is not just a behavior issue. Thing's have changed when it comes to food disorders. It's a must read for every parent of a picky eater!

I've been wanting to start journaling for years now, and I decided 2021 would be the year! This book is a must have for anyone who needs some coaching on how to start journaling and stick with with it. Each page left me motivated to continue my journaling practice. I now have a journal/pen (that is right for me!), a cozy journaling spot in my house, and a list of journaling prompts to help me! I can't wait to keep this practice going (wish I started earlier)!

This book is fantastic! I’ve been setting New Years resolutions to start journaling for several years. I could never follow through until I found this book. This has helped me stay focus and helps outline what it takes. Only 10 minutes out of a busy day has become the most important part of my day. Would highly recommend this book. Wish I could give it 10 stars but definitely 5 out 5. I can’t wait to read more work by this great author.

I have tried to journal twice in my life and thought it felt hokey. My life situation has changed dramatically and I had need to look at learning how to live a new life. This book and the encouragement of friends is seeing me become a successful and enthusiastic journaler.

This is precisely the type of nonfiction book I adore. Not only is it well structured to help you accomplish its topic, but the author clearly has a passion for her subject. She has definitely walked the talk. The organization has a natural flow to it, from talking about journaling in general and its benefits to how to pick your tools and create a good writing environment to actual journal prompts. She gets down to nitty-gritty details, like the types of pens or journals to use. She ends the book by encouraging you to start a "10 minutes for 10 days" challenge. I'm someone who kept a diary when I was a teenager and wrote poems/songs and letters to myself, but I've never gotten into the habit as an adult. This book gives me so many ideas which seem so fun to try. If you are already journaling daily or if you have considered doing so, this book will give you fantastic ideas about how to start and continue.
